Landing page is ready!
by Onur GenesFinished the first iteration of our landing page. We have done some work on the functional parts of the website but it is better to build in public. So, we decided to open up our landing page to everyone. Just visit https://superportfolio.co and please share your feedback with us!

With the understanding that this is a rough mini-launch:
Landing Page:
- Feels like you're over-using the phrase "Super Portfolio". I get that's the brand name, but there's four uses of it above the fold
- Hero Header: I feel like you're missing "a" in "make your portfolio A super portfolio
- Hero Sub-Header: needs to be a clearer description of what it is you're offering. If the header is the sizzle, this is the steak that's going to make me click that CTA button
- Colour scheme: I'm not a designer but your palette seems all over the place. There's 4 different shades of orange, then green and yellow, then pink, etc. Consider throwing this into one of the palette generators around and find a more unified palette.
- Seems gramatically broken: "WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU SHOW OFF WITH YOUR CONTENT" (maybe remove "WITH")
- Likewise "We want to organize your contents" (should be "content") - I'm guessing English is not your first language. Definitely get someone to proof read for you before go-live.
- Lots of repetition of buzz words and generic phrases. Inform your followers, show off your content, etc. Doesn't really tell me "how" that's going to happen.
- "Except PHP"? Why? Seems like you're intentionally alienating a potential audience because of some pretentious coder bias. Better put "spaces over tabs" on there too
- The changelog page is broken. The link works. But the page is broken. Assume this is because you're just getting started.
Example Profile:
- The hashtags that people can click to discover other people. Isn't this meant to be MY profile? Why would I want people to find other people via my profile?
- image of Elon is broken
- Gigantic CTA after a single paragraph. Will all super portfolios have big CTAs one paragraph in?
- Is that it? Do I just get to write one paragraph, post some video thumbnails, and have my twitter handle in the sidebar? This is your EXAMPLE SuperPortfolio - it should look amazing.
Overall feedback:
I don't really feel that the value proposition is clear. Why would I want this? What benefit does having a super portfolio page offer to me? Who is this targeting. If it's devs, don't they have their own website that has an about page? Is it about having a central place for all your socials?It's a neat idea, but it seems like it's still in formation - definitely needs some fleshing out.

Hello Ross, first of all thank you for that detailed feedback. I really appreciate your honesty. Let's try to answer these.
- Yes, we are using Super Portfolio everywhere because we want Google to index and associate this keyword with our website.
- You have mentioned we have typos all over the place and you are right! Even English is not my main language, I can say I am proficient, at least. This kind of typos happens all the time. Sorry if that bothered you.
- We are working on our marketing side but that was just trying get a good feedback like this.
- CTA must be clearer, we know that. Maybe we can consider using https://copy.ai.
- "Except PHP" is a joke in general. Also @fers4t is a PHP developer. It was a joke but sorry if you are offended.
Example Portfolio is not in its final form. That was a "Landing Page Launch" actually. We are still working on that and we didn't disclose Super Portfolio's all features.
I suggest that you can regularly check for the improvements because we have so many things to come.

Hello Dimmi, thank you for your contribution with you comments. We are not competing with LinkedIn because this is not a social website.
Also, even if we were competing, there is enough demand for all other products. This is a big niche.

I really like the idea. However i'd love to know how much it will cost later and when I register just a server error appears. You could add some message saying you'll launch soon.

There's a pricing page linked from the example portfolio - free for life unless you want access to analytics.

Also you can discover profiles based on their tools and stack.
Near future we are planning to add Q&A section and custom urls for premium users ✌🏻
