I'm working on building a screen recorder with no recording limit and no watermarks. Some of the issues I've faced with other recorders is that they don't always work, and there are artificial limits.

Builds released and ready for download
TapeX is a free to use desktop screen recorder for Mac and Windows. I was having a hard time recording demos for my products and decided it was time to take things into my own hands and build a screen recorder.
Most of the products out there for this lack in features such as annotation and impose artificial limits like time or file size.
