Planning for 2020!

Everyone's making plans for 2020. We're no different. 🙂

This year, we plan BIG for Taskeo. That includes new features, improvements and updates... but also entire new modules, feature-rich with everything our users have been asking about.

We're doing our best to meet our customers' expectations. You can read about plans and the upcoming features in the latest blog post.

As always, feedback is welcome, wanted and appreciated. 👊

Thanks for sharing. I really love how you've made your plans public and have also asked for feedback. I didn't know about your project management software until now. Is it mainly for the tech industry?

Thanks! Taskeo is a relatively new product so maybe that's why you haven't seen it yet. It's not any for tech industry only. For example, the appointment scheduling module that will launch soon is a good solution for agencies, consulting business and so on. We're relying on user feedback heavily and that's where the features are coming from - so if you'd like to try out and see what's good and what's not, that'd be awesome!

Since we started Hunter we used this https://www.workamajig.com/agency/management-software. We've stopped using it as it no longer fits the way we work. We also don't do time management. I'll take a look at your program and aim to give some proper feedback.

Awesome, looking forward to it! We've got a Facebook group where you can find additional info on the product - https://www.facebook.com/groups/TaskeoUsersGroup/ :) And if it's more comfortable to you, you can also email us at [email protected]

I'm not on Facebook. But happy to find out more via email. :)

That looks like a solid well defined plan for 2020. It would very exciting to implement. I am interested in knowing about you beta launch. How did you find your first beta testers and communicate with them? Also, what procedure did you follow to change your minimum viable product to product-market fit?.
I have read about your product hunt launch. Some great tips there :)

Glad to hear it! We're also looking to see how it works out in 2020. As for the beta launch, the first step was to get on Beta List. That was our first big listing and we got about 40 new users from that one action only. The way we communicated with them somewhat overlaps with the MVP part. Our users and visitors often reach out to us, drop questions or suggestions, point out what could be better. Generally speaking, we don't have the mindset of "we know best what's the market fit". Instead, we let the market to decide whether the solution is good. We're constantly going around different communities, online and offline, to talk to people. It's been our tactic for beta users and early adopters. And lastly, we're about to have another PH launch some time soon, so that's a second one we're looking forward to! :)

I really admire your approach of " we let the market to decide whether the solution is good." I think this is how it should be and absorbing all feedback from all beta users and early adopters plays a key part in development and improvement of the project.
I wish you luck for your second PH launch! :)
