Got my first paying customer - a Tech SaaS Founder

I found by accident how ineffective some tech founders can be when managing their team. Engineers often don't have experience managing teams, so when they start their own project, they

  1. either tend to do everything themselves (event the smallest tasks that they could pay $5/hr to someone else)
    or
  2. or do hire their first, second, third employee and try to be their friends, the best boss, don't want to set goals and keep the team accountable because they fear to be a too demanding boss. So, they can never become a high performing team capable of growing, tackling problems and evolving.

My mission is to help SaaS tech founders get unstuck, get motivated again and to grow a high performing team for their SaaS.
