I found by accident how ineffective some tech founders can be when managing their team. Engineers often don't have experience managing teams, so when they start their own project, they
- either tend to do everything themselves (event the smallest tasks that they could pay $5/hr to someone else)
- or do hire their first, second, third employee and try to be their friends, the best boss, don't want to set goals and keep the team accountable because they fear to be a too demanding boss. So, they can never become a high performing team capable of growing, tackling problems and evolving.
My mission is to help SaaS tech founders get unstuck, get motivated again and to grow a high performing team for their SaaS.
