Changed up my Instagram marketing tactics
by Nick WilgerI have been mildly successful on Instagram so far with my different marketing tactics. Yesterday I changed it up and have had some pretty amazing results! Before my engagement rate was about 30% and it has jumped to 60 or 70%.
Originally I was just posting content but I started to engage more with my Target customer and it's been going well. Instead of hoping they'll see my content I've been reaching out and engaging with them directly. I've also been utilizing Instagram stories more and plan to put more content in my stories rather than in my Instagram feed.

Have you tried using any tools to help with engaging with your audience? Liking, commenting, hashtags, direct messaging, user generated content (UGC) are all examples. There is also a bit a strategy on when you engage with your potential customers and when you post.

Nice, I have used Buffer, Later and Iconosquare pretty thoroughly. Other like Planoly and MeetEdgar I have tried. Each has their perks and downsides though.

How do you reach out? Sending DMs? Or commenting on their stuff?

I have been doing both. I follow a potential customer, like/comment on their content and Dm them an offer. Has been working great for me!
