Decided to go solo on this project

I had asked a friend to help build the UI components for this product. He was super excited but didn't deliver anything for months. This was very demoralizing and I felt helpless. I decided to continue on this project by myself. Teaming up with bad co-founders has been one of the biggest reasons for most of my failures!
