Reached $100 MRR for a no-code job board

Theo is a remote design job board that finds ALL new jobs in one place (or more than anyone else anyway). https://theojobs.com/

Biggest problem has actually been distribution. I'm pretty sure I have p/m fit - people who have been using it love it, and when I offered to give it for free to folks laid off from COVID-19 I had such a huge response it brought the site down.

I've just been blogging and posting on reddit - need to find a better way to reach designers looking for jobs though.

I tried Google Adwords, thinking CPMs are down and it would fit right in with people's intents but after spending $30 I got 0 conversions out of it so I don't think that's the way to go.
