Things product plan and scope


We wanted one central workspace to manage chat, files, and docs for each of our clients. When we started as a one-person agency, we were alright duct-taping together Slack, Trello, and a growing list of Google Docs. But as we started collaborating externally, with clients and teams, we were no longer comfortable asking everyone to sign up, learn, and login to ten different tools each time they wanted to work together.

A need for an internal tool like Things was born.
