Many stock market forums are flooded with uninformative posts. In this stream, good points on both the bull and bear side are lost. We are building a tool which highlights quality discussions.
To go beyond a static landing page, we added a prediction demo for several stock tickers. Anyone can go to the site and add their prediction and reasoning. All of the predictions are aggregated into a graph so that one can see the general trend. 馃搱馃搲
After formulating the fundamental functions of our platform, and prototyping initial interface, we created a landing page to gauge interest. Now it's time to spread the word. 馃摙
We've been brainstorming for sometime and realized that we all find stock forums uninformative. It seemed that those platforms themselves were not designed with the idea of promoting a meaningful discussion around stocks and other securities. So we set out to build a better platform.
