Productivity, time, and goal tracker
Timelog lets you log the time you spend doing activities or with habits that matter to you. By doing this, you get useful insights so you can analyze how you spend your time and be more productive!
March was the first month Timelog crossed €100 in revenue from in-app purchases. This is including Google's 30% cut.
iOS is currently going slowly, but it's had two in-app purchases so far!
On the Play Store, April is already looking better than March in terms of revenue! Hoping the month-by-month growth keeps going!
After some technical issues with building the app for iOS, and some extra requirements from Apple which had to be added, the iOS app was finally approved for the App Store.

Timelog's Android app has now received over 1000 downloads on the Google Play Store!
Some numbers for the progress so far:
⭐ 22 ratings/reviews, averaging to 4.8 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
📈 ~23 downloads per day the past month, but trending upwards
💰 10 users have purchased Timelog Plus, to unlock the premium features!
The numbers aren't really that significant, but for me it's still an achievement, as this is a small side project.
It's a 1% conversion rate (though 1 out of the 10 plus purchases was refunded, as there was a technical issue with one of the premium features, now fixed), but the number of downloads seems to be steadily increasing, with little marketing efforts. Previous marketing efforts have failed miserably (have not tried ads yet), but just with the app being on the Play Store seems to be enough exposure at the moment.

After releasing Timelog for Android on the Play Store and launching on ProductHunt, progress has been slow and things have been a bit quiet.
I've been quite bad at marketing this but building it has been a great experience and I'm quite happy with how the app has turned out, even though the amount of interest and downloads for the app is way lower than I had expected.
However, one person has paid for Timelog Plus to unlock the app's premium features! It's a tiny profit, but it feels great that at least one person has enjoyed the app enough to pay to use the extra features. And the app has had just short of 50 downloads in total, so that's a 2% conversion rate, not bad!
I've launched my app on ProductHunt!
In the introduction post I explain the motivation behind Timelog and why it's different to the other 'traditional' habit trackers.

Working as a 9-5 software engineer, there have been days when I always thought I was doing nothing 'productive' with my time. I thought it would be useful to log every activity I consider productive, so I can track how my time is spent.
By doing this manually I realized I wasn't so bad with my time management after all, but I was spending too much time coding (and watching Netflix), and not as much time on outdoor activities such as hiking and running.
And so I decided to build an app that will let me track my time doing different activities and show me how my time is spent. It will let me set goals that I will aim to meet every day, week, or month, so I can take better control of my time. This app is Timelog!
