v1.0.0 was accepted on the App Store

Finally was a lot of debugging to get to the bottom of a Swift side-effect bug (about 80hours) and a final insight on the ferry to Santorini where we were on holiday.

I then had to record and upload a demo video for the reviewer showing it running on an "actual device". I'm not sure whether this was because as an iMessage app it was considered complex or because all my screenshots for the store were on the simulator.
