Implemented basic song filtering

Playlist anarchy can be fun, but if you like having more control over what is queued – well, now you can!

Songs can now be banned from being added to your playlists based on length (minimum/maximum), being explicit, and whether or not it exists in the global song ban list.

It’s crowd controlled DJ-ing. 🕺
