Patiently Waiting - January 11th

The release is planned to be on January 11th. It makes me feel very stressed. It is going to be my first-evet SaaS release and I believe it is going to be better than I expect. I trust my project but I feel the lack of subscription lists issue. It is going to be great experience...

Looks like a very nicely designed product. Pretty amazing you built it in 22 days as a side project.

A lot of your competitors offer freemium plans, did you consider it?

I feel all-time-free plans does not make sense to customers who are paying due to the pricing strategy I offer. Offering 4.99$ requires effective source usage in the hosts. So, I believe I have to keep offering 15-days trial version to experience the tool and then pay 3 times less than a BigMac to have the service for a longer time :) What do you think about my approach?

Personally I think it's fine. My only concern is people who may compare your service against alternatives and would prefer to use a free plan for a very low amount of monitors first before paying. Like you said, the space is very competitive.

You can always just see how it goes and tweak where necessary after you have some analytics to back up your decisions.

Thank you so much for the idea, as you said, A/B testing would work fine. So I will try a little bit.
