Added Github integration support
by Travis R.I recently worked with a developer who told me he was working and he was manually submitting time to the Upwork account ... but he wasn't pushing any code to my Github repo. Now, this is ok in general because most devs will work on their local server and computer before they push a commit but it's always good to know how many commits they are pushing each week and month. Especially if you have multiple developers working on the same project. Lets you know who is being more active in some situations.
