Hey @frankspinnl , I used to run a design agency building websites for clients as well using Webflow. I've come across quite a few uptime monitoring services and as you rightly mentioned it's becoming a very crowded market with prices being lowered more than before.
How about doing a freemium version something like AWS? So basically customers can use it for free until they reach a certain limit after which they would need to pay or something crazy like 6-9 months free (absorbing the costs might be a challenge).
Worst case if you decide to pause or stop UptimeMate, you could always create another product and sell it to your customers.
