Reached 2000 monthly active users!

I didn't expect this to happen soon, less than a month ago it was barely above 1000. Thanks to the community of hackers and app review on YouTube it doubled the audience in three weeks!
It's a completely free app, without any ads. Small and simple. I wish more and more people find it useful and spread a word :)

    Congrats! I'm at 500 MAUs.

Can you talk more about how you landed the youtube reviews? How did you select who to reach out to? What did you ask them?

    1. 1

I was just writing them, and got featured at two, but sent emails to more than 10. Emails are public, and often in the about section of the channel.
And wrote regular promotion post, and asking for a review :)

Hey, one more question sorry! Did you pay for the reviews?

        1. 1

No, not for this one. I spent $0 on promoting this app, but it took so much time to get this result, which is still tiny after all.

        awesome, thank you!

Wow, that's so quick, awesome! Just curious: how did you get your first 100-200 users?

    1. 1

People randomly discovering it on the App Store - didn't do anything fancy, and it was couple of years ago 😀

        Oh alright.
Do you think we can get the video link as well?

Congrats 🎊! Huge achievement on not giving up. I looked at your product profile, and I see first release was in January 2015. And between this time and now, you have not given up. Huge respect 😉
