July 27, 2021 Intercom Store Feature!

So excited to announce our app is featured on the Intercom Store under the "New and Noteworthy" section! We got the great news earlier this week. We are pushing out new major updates every couple weeks and constantly improving the product through product testing. Big updates out soon! July 20, 2021 2 New Integrations - Linear and Zapier

We have added two new integrations to UserVitals to help customers seamlessly connect UserVitals to their existing workflow. Our supported integrations now include Intercom, Slack, Gmail, Help Scout, a Google Chrome extension, Linear and Zapier. We think it's super important to continue to develop and add new integrations so users can capture feedback from any platform they use. We listen to all feedback from our users and do our best to constantly improve and update our product.

June 23, 2021 Planning, Drafting and Preparing

We are super happy to announce to the Indie Hacker community that we have began to work on our first Product Hunt post! It's been incredible to watch the engineering, product testing, sales and marketing teams all work together in preparation of this launch. We cannot wait to share our product with you and for everyone to try out UserVitals. The next couple weeks will definitely be very busy. Keep an eye out for our launch. It's coming soon!

June 9, 2021 Help Docs

We are pleased to announce that our help docs are complete. This was a great team effort done by everyone. From explaining the basics and first steps like insights and navigating the admin dashboard, to the features and guides explaining the ins and outs of everything you can do with UserVitals. We also go in-depth about all of our integrations such as Helpscout, Slack, Google Chrome and Intercom. We also have use cases, to give better insight as to how to use UserVitals in all different situations. Help Docs are all linked to other ones, progressing you on a journey as you learn about all the features, uses and integrations.
We know that not everyone loves to read through help docs, so we are also in the process of making videos to introduce and explain the features as well. These will be short and informative, walking the user through everything UserVitals offers.

June 4, 2021 New Inbox Feature!

We have some super exciting news to share! Our new inbox feature is complete. Inbox messages can now be received from all Admin Portals, Customer Portals and the Google Chrome Extension. Inbox messages support all users and anonymous users as well. Team members can also now filter, label and search inbox messages to find specific things, labels or info they are looking for. Really amazing updates every day on the engineering side. Currently preparing the release to production and can’t wait for everyone to try out UserVitals!

June 2, 2021 BetaList Feature

We are excited to announce we have been featured on BetaList https://betalist.com/startups/uservitals ! Awesome news for us. Already seen an increase in sign-ups after the feature. Working on some discovery calls to understand the customers’ pain points. Start-up directories are a great way to bring more awareness to your company. Our ICP is start-ups and new companies, and getting this exposure in the start-up directories is extremely beneficial, as many other start-ups are also posting, browsing and looking through these directories. An exciting new product update is coming out tomorrow! Stay tuned.
