Registered the domain websniffer (dot) cc

Finally decided to move on with this project. A quick and dirty prototype in PHP on a private subdomain demonstrated that the prototype is working and it is worth an own domain. The .CC top level domain was already familiar from some other projects and low cost enough to grab the domain websniffer (dot) cc (now available at websniffer.com).
