Hosted first remote stand-up

To stay accountable, once per week we host a Slack stand-up. This serves 3x main purposes:

  1. Accountability: The theory is when people publicly state what they're going to do, they're more likely to do it.

  2. Transparency: Knowing what other Weekend Club members are doing can act as inspiration - both in terms of what they do and how much.

  3. Feedback: When we share evidence of our progress the following week, it's a good opportunity to give and receive feedback.

I'm open to other ideas to help our community stay accountable.

Products like WIP Chat do this well by gamifying progress. They have 'streaks', but perhaps we could create some kind of leaderboard?

Let me know any ideas in the comments :D
