I've found that helping people achieve their goals is something that is incredibly motivating to me. Welm is one product idea that I've had to help to just that.
After almost a year since launching, I've officially sold Welm.
Earlier this summer I realized usage was continuing to increase but I just didn't have enough time or energy to put into marketing it or continuing to improve it, so I decided to list it for sale.
Within 1 week of posting, I had an offer for asking price and accepted. Took about 30 days of transfers but the transaction is completed and Welm is now with new owners.
So I hadn't dug into the app since it went live but happened to check Google Analytics today and noticed I've had 13 downloads. Not a lot but interesting to see.
It's been organically found in the Apple app store 200+ times, 60+ page views, and 13 downloads so a decent conversion rate of about 12%.
Digging through Mixpanel I can see people are actually using it which is nice but no feedback so far. Potentially some earlier validation of the concept, now makes me wonder if anyone will pay for it.
Guess I have to dig in to see what's normal here and what the opportunity is.

Well, I started this project back before my new one and the app was already in development so here we go!
We're live in the app store but haven't done any promotion so not too sure what to expect. This is the first app I've done myself so thats at least been interesting to learn. Found a great developer on Upwork to work with and guided me through a lot of it.
