Alpha launched

Peter Lockhart @peterlockhart

Today we launched the alpha version of our app at app.wescribe.com. We have to goals with our alpha:

  1. Begin testing it with our own consulting clients to dog food it
  2. Start warming up our domain for email deliverability

Since the app will depend on email as the sole notification channel initially, we did a lot of research into email deliverability and best practices. The only email provider that seems to be giving us issues is Outlook. Gmail, Yahoo, and AOL haven't had any issues. So, improving the deliverability to Outlook users is going to be our primary hurdle during the alpha testing period.
