Created my first trouble ticket

Well, one lesson I learned in the past 24 hours: never send out beta invites on a Sunday evening. People read their email.

So, I was unprepared last night for the first of the customer questions came in. It turns out even our beta invite was confusing and required more detailed reading than people were ready for.

And today, I've had a number of problems come in. One active user at this time. Several emails read though. And with the problems which have come in, this one at a time works well for me.

Still, one of the problems is that someone actually paid for the product. Something went cattywompus on the 100% off coupon, but they still paid. Obviously, I'm going to refund the $$, BUT SOMEONE PAID MONEY FOR THE PRODUCT!
