Launched MVP

I launched an initial version of the site. I worked over a wekeend and built the MVP using Elixir and Phoenix LiveView.

The initial version is super simple and I'm trying to get a feel for how people use it. Based on my own experience and some landing page experiments, I can see there are many people looking for a simple time tracking solution. Freelancers and attorneys seem to be among the top people searching for a product like this.

In my next step, I'm planning to refactor the code out so the API is totally separate from the frontend. I will then build separate web, mobile, and desktop version of the product. At this point, I'm also planning to open-source it for people who want a self-hosted option. I do plan to keep the current functionality free forever.
