Breakout rooms worked!
At our second meetup we split the group of 12 attendees into more productive subgroups of 6. We did three rounds of breakouts.
Round 1 was focused on marketing. We had one group for paid marketing and one for organic. Rounds 2 & 3 focused on helping individuals work through whatever challenges they were facing with their business.
We attempted to make a recording of this meetup, but it came out unusable.
After this meetup the the Facebook group grew past 100 members.
