More fixes and small additions

Things that have been added in the last version:

• Mobile UI has been finalised, issues fixed. I hope it works well ( I've been using it myself on the road) until native apps will be developed. I would appreciate any mobile-related feedback from people that have signed up.

• Added quick table creation and code highlighting buttons in the markdown editor toolbar

• Minor performance fixes
