After months of work on the side as a solopreneur and a few pivots, Wupiter (https://wupiter.com), a job board with hashtags, is finally launched.
I'm hoping that hashtags would make it easier for candidates to find matching jobs and companies to stand out in a crowded market.
My biggest lesson so far has been the need to continuously push myself out of my comfort zone.
As a developer I feel more comfortable cranking out code than talking to potential customers, but focusing too much on coding and not doing enough customer interviews forced me to pivot a couple times already.
As there's still a lot for me to learn about the job market, I appreciate any feedback on people's challenges with job search/hiring. Thanks!
