Shipped second feature - Threads
This feature involved a lot of frontend work. Nothing out of the box just getting it on par with existing offerings on the market.
Switched to a more scalable scheduling framework for metrics and tweet scheduling

Shipped first feature - Analytics
Shipping the first feature required quite a bit of setup to be done than expected. Git, Kube, Email provider, Hosting, Database and the list goes on.
The toughest part of shipping was to just "Shipping it". Instead of making it perfect the goal was to ship it out of the door first which was a change of pace for me coming from a development background.
