Term Sheet from Lead Investor

Received a term sheet from a lead investor. Wasn't the one we initially expected to lead the round, but things are falling in to place. Raising this seed round has felt like playing with a Rubiks cube. Every time we think we have things in place, we turn it over and find out something isn't right. We're still spinning it a bit, but we have a few sides locked in.
