April 9, 2021 New Zubbit Website Launched πŸš€

What started off as a simple one-page uplift of our front-end home page and message, has ended up with us completely redesigning the whole front-end website from scratch!

But after weeks of blood, sweat & tears, and many late nights, we are now live, so it's out with the old blue boring site and in with a brand new fresh look and feel which includes over 80 new pages and posts, and of course our brand new fresh message based on great feedback from ο»ΏAaron Krall, Reuben Swartz & Peter Loving over at SaaS Visionaries.

We have also revamped our pricing points and features included and have made the decision to revert back to monthly subscriptions only (removing our Unlimited Yearly Deal forever). We have also decided to offer a "Get Started for Free" option as well, so customers can test drive the service for free if they want before investing their money.

We would love everyone to go and take a look and let us know what you think of the new front-end site and pricing.

All feedback is welcome!

April 4, 2021 Our $99 Unlimited Deal will Soon be Gone Forever!

We will be launching our brand new front-end website in a matter of days and at the same time, a brand new pricing structure which means our current $99 unlimited deal will be gone forever.

We would not like anyone from indie hackers to miss out on this incredible deal before it's replaced.

January 11, 2021 Our Biggest Breakthrough with zubbit.io πŸ’‘

We all know being a SaaS Founder is one of the most rewarding (and challenging) things we’ve all ever done. It’s even harder when it feels like we have to come up with all the answers.

Indie Hackers has been a great community to share our story and learn from others but recently we also joined a small group for founders called SaaS Visionaries and it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made for zubbit.io and our business.

We've been getting 1-1 help from other founders on how to build a SaaS, plus we've been getting access to coaching, 1-1 help, revenue-focused communities, experts.

Shoutout to Aaron Krall who runs this new group SaaS Visionaries.

We were a bit sceptical about a paid group, but we’ve already gotten more value from there in the past 2 months than years in other communities, groups and coaching programs combined.

In just one Level-Up session we've been able to spot unique selling points in zubbit.io that we just didn't see before, that's now enabling us to target our dream customers and stand out for the crowd.

It's looking like 2021 will be our breakout year.

It’s not for everyone (invite-only for now, that may change) but if you’re an entrepreneur who wants extra help scaling your SaaS, I would check it out: https://zubb.it/SaaS-Visionaries

October 13, 2020 zubbit.io Launches Free Try It Out Option 😊

We've just launched a new option on zubbit.io where anyone can try out zubbit for Free to see how it works and flows.

https://zubbit.io/try-zubbit-for-free/

We toyed with the idea of having a Free level or Trial period with limited function and usage limits but we've always been in two-minds if that is a good idea or not.

Do we end up filling the platform with people who never upgrade to paid but then burn through our resources, both support wise and server wise? 😟

But last week we had a potential customer tell us the website was great and packed with lots of information, but he just wanted to try out the back-office and see how easy it was to use.

So we decided to do something we've seen others do and add a shared public account where anyone can log in and just try it out and give zubbit a test drive to see if it's for them or not.

So what we are allowing anyone to do, is log into the free account and they get the following functionality to try out:

βœ… Create Call-to-Action Adverts (Text βœ’οΈ Audio 🎧 Video πŸ“½οΈ or Social Posts 😊)
βœ… Create Call-to-Action Short Links πŸ”—
βœ… Create Short Links (with or without Retargeting Pixels) 🎯
βœ… Try Out the Theming Editor 🎨

Does it sound like a good idea or not?

PS - That potential customer did - even without a trial - join up the following day.

QUESTION: Do you have a Free Trial or Free Level in your Product/Service or a Try it Out function like ours?

October 8, 2020 New features coming to zubbit.io πŸš€

We have been discussing and brainstorming this a lot over the last couple of months and have yet come to a decision whether or not new features at this time are needed to continue to grow and move zubbit.io forward.

Currently, we are debating three different new features which we would like to include, the 1st is whether or not to implement a public API or use a service like Zapier, the 2nd would be to implement the ability to have team members or to split your shortened links into Projects, the 3rd would be a UTM Builder.

πŸ’‘ It would be great to hear your views on whether or not to continue to include new features and if so which features would you include next?

October 1, 2020 zubbit.io hits $590 in new recurring sales πŸš€

It's our end of the month post πŸ’₯

Since we re-launched and switched over to Stripe we have now reached $590 in new recurring sales during the month of September.

It's an encouraging and exciting sign that zubbit.io is moving in the right direction and we look forward to growing zubbit further next month.

QUESTION πŸ’‘ What measurements do you use to know if your startup is moving in the right direction?

September 24, 2020 523% spike in sales of zubbit

The new version of zubbit.io appears to be popular with the people we are getting to look at it.

We've had an increase of 523% in sales compared to the previous 4 weeks, so we are really excited about getting the word out more.

More importantly, though, the feedback we are getting from new users is good.

One area we do need to look at is better tracking as I'm not sure we know fully where the sales are coming from!

QUESTION πŸ’‘ What does everyone use for tracking Sales and how effective is it?
