Ask IH: Has anyone used Stripe Atlas for starting an LLC? Need some clarification.
So, I want to start an LLC with Stripe Atlas to form a business entity for my side projects. I have one project in mind now I want to start but since there could be other projects I want to pursue, I want to form an LLC and have DBA's for my different projects, which would be formed by my LLC.
Has anyone done this with Stripe Atlas? If so, is it easy? Do you need to register for the DBA in Deleware? Please let me know if you have gone through this or if you know how it works! Thanks!

I haven't gone thru Stripe Atlas LLC formation.
But I will do it soon. And the way I'm thinking of doing so is to form a "General Type" of LLC for all my Side Projects. Like Indie Projects LLC or something similar.
Then setup Stripe to show indiecharge.com or something similar in the Credit Card Statement of my Clients, similar to what Wufoo does with WufooCharge.com or Basecamp did back when they were 37 Signals.
And have information on IndieCharge.com indicating that if you see that name on your Credit Card Statement, then most likely it will be for a payment you did to one of my Businesses and then list all of them.
