Need a Dev to Move Your Startup Forward?

🚀 Building something exciting?

I’m currently open to collaborating with startup founders who want to move faster and build smarter. If you’re looking for a senior developer who can jump in and make an immediate impact, we might be a great fit.

Here’s where I bring value:

⚙️ Scalable backend development (FastAPI, APIs, databases)
🤖 AI integrations & LLM-powered workflows
📈 SaaS product development — from idea to growth

I thrive in early-stage environments — where things aren’t perfect, priorities shift quickly, and real problems need practical solutions.

I can support you with:

• Launching MVPs from scratch
• Cleaning up and optimizing existing systems
• Integrating AI features & automation
• Untangling complex or inefficient backend logic

If you’re building and need someone reliable to help push things forward, let’s connect.

Interesting. I’m currently building a voice-first parking product and already have a working prototype.

At this stage I’m not looking for freelance support, but rather exploring a technical co-founder to take it to MVP.

Curious, have you ever considered getting involved at that level in an early-stage project?

    Hey David, great timing.

I'm building Tyle, an autonomous AI agent for Shopify stores. It connects to a store's inbox (Gmail or Outlook) and Shopify, pulls everything into a live knowledge pool and handles customer support and returns automatically from there.

The part that makes it different: shop owners create and adjust automations just by chatting with the agent in plain language. "Always offer a discount when someone complains about shipping" and the agent updates its own behavior. No workflow builder, no config screens, no developer needed.

On the technical side the backend runs on Fly.io with Supabase, multi-agent architecture, Shopify and Gmail connectors already live. Pre-revenue but moving fast and the foundation is solid.

Your background in FastAPI, AI integrations and early-stage SaaS sounds like it could be a real fit here. Drop me a DM and let's see if it makes sense to talk.

Re: Vozparking's comment above — totally get wanting a co-founder over a contractor, but worth having both doors open: I do fixed-scope MVP builds (React Native/Node) for founders who want to de-risk before giving up equity. If you'd rather test the working relationship on a paid sprint first, happy to talk through your prototype and scope.

Totally understand the struggle, finding a dev who can both build and think product is rare. A few options worth considering:
    (1) a fractional CTO to set architecture + oversee outsourced execution,
    (2) a small dedicated pod from an AI-native firm rather than a solo contractor (more resilient, less bus-factor risk), or
    (3) no-code/AI-assisted tools for the first prototype to validate before investing in custom dev.
We've helped founders in exactly this spot figure out the right path depending on budget, timeline, and technical complexity. Feel free to DM if you want to talk through your situation.

Civil engineer for over a decade in CA. I've been on both sides of the land development design space — designer and reviewer — and I've watched the AEC software space stagnate for my whole career. Looking for a technical partner who wants to take on Autodesk and Bluebeam in a space they've been milking for decades. The incumbents can't fix what's broken without cannibalizing in which they charge a fortune.

Think of it as Figma for AEC. I've got all my pain from working in the industry spec'd out in detail — happy to share.

The AEC software space is genuinely stale — most incumbents can't touch UX without cannibalizing their own pricing, which is exactly the opening a lean, modern build can exploit. I build full-stack SaaS (React/Next.js, Node) and would be glad to look at your spec — even a paid discovery + architecture pass could tell you fast whether "Figma for AEC" is buildable at a cost that makes sense before committing to a co-founder search.

Great execution on this. What's been your biggest surprise during the launch phase?

Well done putting yourself out there!

Hey David — this aligns well with what I’m currently working on.

Instead of approaching this from just a development angle, I’ve been focusing on building a consistent client pipeline. Recently, I created a system that identifies businesses that don’t have websites and extracts their contact details (including phone numbers), so we can directly reach out to companies that clearly need digital services.

    The idea is simple: combine
    → targeted lead generation
    → direct outreach
    → and strong development execution

to create a predictable flow of projects instead of relying on platforms.

I think your skill set on the backend + AI side fits perfectly into this model.

If you're open to it, we could:
    • use my system to generate leads
    • I handle outreach + client acquisition
    • you focus on development
    • and we build a steady pipeline together

Happy to connect and explore this further.

Hello, Can we discuss more detail on gamil?

Hey David — came across your post.

I’m building an all new, never before seen airfare intelligence platform. It’s already live and in private beta — full backend, pricing pipeline, dashboards, Stripe, everything in place.

Your experience with backend systems + early-stage builds caught my attention.

I’m looking to bring on 1–2 founding engineers (equity for now), and I think there could be a strong fit.

If you’re open, I’d love to connect and show you what I’ve built.

Antonio — a live beta with Stripe, pricing pipeline and dashboards already built is a different conversation than most "idea stage" co-founder posts. If you ever want to test additional engineering bandwidth on a contract basis before committing equity (e.g. scaling the pricing pipeline or hardening infra), I do full-stack + DevOps work and would be glad to look at what you've built.

Hey David, this is great! I’m a Flutter developer and specialize in building cross-platform mobile apps for early-stage startups. If you or any founders you work with want to extend SaaS products to mobile or need rapid app development, feel free to check my portfolio or DM me.

    Hi Lucy/David,

I’ve been reading your profile and your interest in untangling complex backend logic really resonated with me. I am the founder of ArtTower Design Group, and I’m looking for a technical partner who isn't just looking for a task, but for a vision to co-architect.

    We are developing
'Project Styx: Road to the Gold'. It’s an ambitious project sitting at the crossroad of Gaming and Fintech. We’ve already built a robust foundation: a complete financial architecture, a unique 'Internal Ledger' system for user-backed assets, and a clear roadmap for controlled scalability.

I’m not looking for a quick 30-minute call to pitch you. Instead, I’m looking for a long and thoughtful conversation—via email or chat—about the path we could walk together. I want to share the deep logic behind our 'River Styx' vault and hear your thoughts on how we can build a secure, AI-enhanced infrastructure for it.

If you are a builder who enjoys discussing the 'how' and the 'why' before the 'when', I’d love to show you our current Data Room and start a dialogue.

You can reach me here or directly at ArtTower.Dg@gmail.com.

Looking forward to a deep dive,

    Miguel Velasquez
