ACTIQO is building coordination infrastructure for modern families.
The activity lasts an hour. The coordination lasts all week.
We’re focused on reducing the invisible operational burden around kids’ activities:
leave times, responsibility handoffs, readiness, reminders, and family logistics.
Currently in active beta testing.
What I’m Learning
One of the biggest surprises building ACTIQO:
Parents don’t necessarily want more optimization.
They want relief.
The strongest reactions aren’t to analytics dashboards or insights.
They’re to moments like:
“Everything is ready.”
“You’re all set.”
“Dad’s handling pickup.”
I’m increasingly convinced operational relief creates stronger habits than productivity.
