I have built Actioner AI — an AI-powered platform designed to automate the early hiring journey for both job seekers and recruiters. Job seekers can auto-apply to jobs, optimize resumes for ATS filters, practice AI mock interviews, and build verified hire-readiness profiles based on real interview performance. Recruiters can screen hundreds of candidates 24/7 using AI voice and video interviews with structured scoring, anti-cheat detection, and identity verification. Currently launching and looking for feedback from founders, recruiters, and professionals.
