I kept running into the same issues with invoice tools: rigid templates, no easy way to place a signature, bad number/date formats for EU clients, and “customization” that only let me rename fields, not rearrange them.

Free tools were even worse — ads, logos on invoices, or invoice limits.

So I built InvoicingBuilder.com.

The goal was simple: real invoice customization. Move fields around, add signatures and branding where you need them, and adapt layouts for different clients and regions.
