I made this web app called Dots that competes in the people analytics market. It is a platform where a team can come together and give feedback to team members, based on a curated set of attributes/skills (which the team makes to their choosing). Team members give feedback by creating "dots" ,which is a grade from 1-10 , in an interactive grid UI. These grades/dots are then calculated and averaged , to be displayed in a dashboard .Organizations can leverage this positive feedback loop technology to solve the following problems1. **Radical Transparency** :
