Krystian Cybulski

I've been building software since the prior millennium, as an engineer, leader, or entrepreneur. I enjoy the feeling of creating something useful. Human psychology and behavior fascinate me, and seeing how that intersects with building software and managing teams of developers is my passion.

I grew up in the US and moved to Poland in 2011. I've worked at a couple of startups where I built and scaled products and teams. I was employee #1 at 15Five and helped scale the company over multiple funding rounds to 300+ people.
