My background is in working with factories, small-batch manufacturing, and solving the messy parts of bringing a physical product into the world.

I’m especially interested in:
early-stage MVPs for physical goods
manufacturing constraints and design decisions
packaging, prototyping and small-batch production
what happens after “the idea” but before “the first customer”

I like building clear processes for messy workflows, and sharing what actually happens behind the scenes when creating a real product.
