I built Penvoi because I watched freelancers lose work they should have won. Not because they weren't good enough. Because they sat down at 10pm after a long day of client work, tried to write a proposal from scratch, got it out late, and watched the reply never come.

Proposals are where good freelancers lose deals. The discovery call goes great, the client is excited, then momentum dies in the gap between "I'll send you a proposal" and actually sending one. By the time the document goes out, the client has already moved on.
