Sphera: Emotion Tracker and Journal
Many of us underestimate the value of understanding and working with our emotions. Most mood trackers and journaling apps provide very few opportunities to really explore your emotions - the natural and sincere reactions to the world around us, and the source of our feelings and moods. We worked closely with professionals and therapists to build a structured, science-based approach, while keeping a simple routine for people who want real results from their mental health journey.
