Will Sykora

I’m a UX Designer and Covailnt’s founder. When not focused on Covailnt, I work with companies to craft, validate, and focus their product experiences for their customers.

After a decade working across food & beverage, hospitality, and financial services, I have found my calling as a freelance consultant and founder. I’ve experienced the success that comes from putting people first and staying grounded in empathy. I believe strategy is only as strong as it’s execution, and delivering on customer needs is key to building a great business.
