Have been building for a while now. Down to 3 products built. Failed 2 times already.

Working on the 3rd one now. I think I learned from my mistakes a lot now and I have been pushing through with more inforamtion in my head.

Started reading a lot of turnaround and M&A books.

You know, turnaround management books is what a founder acutally needs to learn comapared to listening to Y combinator videos.

I reommend visiting the Turnaround management association site. It would really help you a lot if you are founder.
