The agency does lead generation for home service businesses. Contractors, cleaners, HVAC, the trades. That pays the bills and feeds the product work.

The product is Seedly CRM, a self-hosted CRM I sell as source code. One payment of $1,050, customer owns it forever. No SaaS, no monthly fees, no vendor squeeze. Built it because I got tired of watching my agency clients get fleeced on renewal pricing.
