I'm building a BPO Agency that focuses on process redesign for small businesses. I want to help people create optimized, low-cost operations so that they can compete with the bigger guys in their market. I also aim to build a company of change in the BPO industry. My company is people first, promoting personal and professional growth, and trying to show that the BPO industry can still flourish if we treat our teams better.
