Bowen Cheng

Hey, I'm Bowen Cheng. I'm an IT Manager I in the public sector, leading teams that build and support enterprise systems at scale. My work focuses on modernizing government tech and improving reliability. Outside of that, I'm building BWN Ventures, a holding company for digital products, including PurrMobile, a global eSIM platform. I'm interested in API arbitrage, AI, B2B, and SaaS, with a focus on building scalable, cash-flowing digital businesses.
