[Ask IH] Idea validation - community to share custom playlists

Hello IH 🖖,

after some of you guys have convinced me to talk about my idea (thread here: https://www.indiehackers.com/forum/ask-ih-how-to-evaluate-an-idea-a76ffcd75c), here I am writing down couple key points about a new community that I'm planning 😎

I’m thinking about creating a community for people who love to create their own playlists 🎧 (not these generated ones from Apple Music or Spotify) in their preferred streaming service. I always create custom playlists on my Apple Music family plan, because these autogenerated playlists always have like 40% of music that I like.
These playlists can be shared on the platform, so other people can use the saved share-link and open this playlist in their own application and listen to them. If they like the playlists, they can upvote it so it gets ranked higher.

So what does this mean? Someone has a self created playlist in Spotify/Apple Music/SoundCloud, creates a share-link and posts it to this new platform. The playlist and its songs can be viewed by anyone. With a click on the playlist-button, they can open this playlist in their Music/Spotify app and listen to it. If they like it, they can upvote so this playlist gets higher ranked.
Additionally, there would be a feature to connect your FB or Twitter account, so you can see what the people you follow or your followers have created and listen to.

Monetizing: As I know from a lot of friends, the everyday Joe doesn't understand why he has to pay 10 or 15$/€ for a music streaming service. I would try to add premium features, for example:

• automatically add a playlist to your Apple Music/Spotify account
• automatically add this weeks highest rated playlist to your account
• ability to comment on a playlist
• maybe some kind of badges for "highest ranked playlist of this month" or something like that - gamification
• (maybe creating a playlist from a Spotify users playlist inside of Apple Music, not sure about what the API allows me to do)

I'm not sure if this would be something that's worth for people to use and pay for. I thought about a small price of maybe 2-3€ or 5€, not sure about that. (How much would you be ready to pay for such a community?)

I would love to get some feedback and input, if you would use such a service and connect with your friends and social network contacts to share and find custom playlists. I will also need to check about copyright topics regarding album cover and so on, when using the Apple Music/Spotify/SoundCloud API.
