Landing page feedback for relationship app
Hi :
I had the idea of creating a chat/messenger app where you get paired with an anonymous friend (someone you don't know) to discuss your relationship issues. It would include smart matching so that you get paired with someone who understands you ( things like age, location etc would be taken into account)

Basically someone you can message on demand to ask questions when you want honest feedback. Talked to a small group of people and they indicated an interest in this type of service
I"ve created Facebook ads where I get clicks but no sign ups. I suspect they are all fake profiles. Similarly I created Reddit Ads and only got fake sign ups as well.
Interested in some feedback. Is it clear what the purpose of the app is? Does it provide value? Would you actually use this?

Both on mobile and PC the text looks to condensed. Try to optimize that.

In general I think there is a bit too much text. I would try to add some images.
The form is quite far down on the page. Maybe you could bring it up.

A word of warning on using Dribbble for landing page inspiration - it's similar to learning how sex works by watching porn...
Everything looks beautiful and impressive, but copying what you see there yourself in the wild normally results in user disappointment ;)
That is a valid point. A landing's page role is to convert not look like a piece of art.

Can I recommend using another font . This one gives the feeling of stiffness which is something you don't want I guess. Also lesser text would be nicer !
As a general rule, don't work on two sided marketplaces.
On a separate note, I assume that signing up means signing up for both being the one who asks and the one who answers. The copy only talks about "asking" part.
If my assumption is wrong, where will you get your "anonymous friends" from?
Thats a good point. The idea is that in the onboarding you would be asked if you are also willing to help others.
I assume that by the comment 'As a general rule, don't work on two sided marketplaces.', you mean its hard to prime the market here with people willing to help others? I was planning on starting very small and watching the engangment.
I like it: nice, simple and to the point.
Maybe even to much for some, so you might add some more description how the discussion is going to look like, will I be able to choose anonymous friends age/sex, how my privacy is protected, is chat data saved etc. (maybe below teeter/FB icons or add a separate link/page.
Would be nice if you used some visual clue on mandatory fields validator instead of present js alert box.
Having some other button captions, like "Why not? Let's try!" or "I'd like to try" might help for ones who aren't so decided...
