I'm working on machine learning platform for building predictive models (https://mljar.com). I'm looking for people who need predictive analytics, but don't know how to start or how to train models or deploy models. I would like to offer you ML consulting in exchange for feedback on my product.
The website is nice, and the demo is cool. But maybe a one-size fits all isnt the best for a product. What is the audience you are catering to?
Thank you! Right now, mljar is an engine that can tune models on tabular data from any domain and it is working very well. I have a lot of fun developing it. Most of my clients are from finance, they are using mljar for trading. In trading world, the 0.1% difference in model accuracy can decide between profit or loss. And squeezing 0.1% from model is what mljar can do the best! :)
Thats awesome! Have you had experience in machine learning consulting or professional machine learning engineering before launching this product? I am in graduate school specializing in machine learning, and I would love to hear your thoughts on your experience that helped you shipped the product.
Yes, I have experience in ML. I had PhD in ML, working with data for medicine, physics (CERN, Fermilab) and commercial experience in ML (working for Netezza, IBM, iQor, Verizon, Sprint, DTV, HP), and a lot of coding experience. But I think the most important is that I love doing this and have a lot of fun from this! :)
