What are your favorite help/tutorials pages?

Hello!

This might not sound exciting to some, but when I try new software, I like being able to look through the help/tutorials pages to learn about the product's functionality.

I'm looking for inspiration to improve my basic help pages for Instics (https://www.instics.com/support/tutorials/), so I thought I'd ask: what are your favorite help pages and what do you like about them?

I like the Audible help (http://audible.custhelp.com/) because its categorization of topics makes it easy browse (without needing search keywords), it hides less-common topics by default, and it shows related answers on each answer page.

Not sure if this counts, but I've been a fan of Stripe's API reference for years.

Asana has a great support section. They make sure to surface the FAQs early on in, which I'm sure reduces their email support burden. And if you click through to a given article, they take screenshots and even animated GIFs to help you work through things.

I'm also a big fan of how pleasant it all looks, when it'd be so much easier to make it corporate and dry. The less people enjoy browsing your support section, the more likely they are to say fuck it and send you an email instead.
