Billing for SaaS, I'm little bit lost

From the start: Sorry if post like that is actually somewhere below this but i cannot find something similar here...
We are small pre-startup team of people that works on new website builder on the market, but actually in the new redefined way a little bit.
In the previous 6 month, we were totally busy with development and initial traction phase. Now we are in closed beta stage only localized in Slovakian language, but in these days we do our best to transfer a whole app to English :) if it will be done I post it here. Our local and very defined niche is totally happy customers (we transfer them from wordpress, squarespace...) so we like to present our MVP to the world.
But yeah ... very boring phase coming ... choose a right Billing and payment gateway... :)
I know that we need to handle 3 stage:
a) Subscription Management platform (set up a tiers and so on)
b) Payment
c) Invoicing
Please, can you help us choose a best tool to cover these 3 stages ?
We were deciding Stripe or Braintree, we know that first 2 stages is OK with that, but what about Invoice ?

One of the cool things about going with Stripe is that the ecosystem of apps that people have developed to go along with it is massive. If you're looking for the perfect invoicing tool, almost all of them integrate well with Stripe, so you can pick the one that best matches your needs.

After our small research we choose Stripe rather than Braintree. But we need a flow like Amazon or Facebook Ads. Stripe will withdraw the money from our client based on his subscription and then invoice will be automatically send. This is possible with Stripe and some of their Invoicing integration from the link you tip me, right ?
Yes, you can certainly wire this up using the Stripe API. Even if the invoicing integrations didn't do it for you (they probably do, but I'm not 100% sure), you could use Stripe's web hooks to run any arbitrary code you want after a charge goes through, including emailing invoices to clients.
