I put together a startup in 24 hours (UPDATE - $500+ revenue)
Hey Indie Hackers. I've always had challenges with finding a good accountability buddy. I decided to put together a service that would match people with each other for accountability.
- I bought a theme from Themeforest for $39.
- Modified the design of the theme - 2 hours.
- Wrote the copy in - 3 hours.
- Set up payments with Stripe and Sendowl - 10 minutes
- Send out cold emails to own network.
Thoughts? Improvements?

I would put the price on the front page to be as transparent as possible.
fantastic initial results! how large was your own network? im thinking that was a huge factor, they know you from your prior work?
Not massive, send out cold emails to 40-50 peeps maybe.

Hi Siimonsander, I like the idea of having an accountability partner.
I think the guarantee that if someone doesn't like "for some reason" the partner you choose for them then you refund 100% will be a pain in the bum and then you have to find another partner for free.
Why not match partners first time, if they don't like the partner, allow them to choose any unmatched users?
